Sauna’s walls or stones could be sprinkled with an eucalyptus, pine or orrange extract or volatile oil mixed with water. Sauna will be filled with wonderful aroma which will facilitate sweat secretion. NOTE : the oil is inflammable, therefore cannot be mixed with anything. It cannot be kept or mixed with water in sauna. How long you can stay in sauna? In dry hot air sweat evaporates quickly, therefore breathing is relieved. Thats why some people in sauna feel much better than in vent-hole and could sit there for a long time. Be careful, do not overheat your body. In sauna you can spend no longer than 5-10 minutes. Most saunas have sand clocks, which should be turned upon the entrance. Legs up It is recommended before entering into sauna to take a shower without soap and dry your body.
